Lifetime Warranty on Lights

Gemstone Lights provides a lifetime warranty for the lights. Lifetime warranty on the lights is defined by the manufacturer's testing which resulted in an estimated lifespan of 50,000 hours. When used 7 hours per day this equates to 20 years. The validity of the warranty on lights will not be affected by how long the lights are actually used.

10 Year Warranty on Parts

Gemstone Lights provides a 10-year warranty for all products and parts.

Transferrable Warranty

The warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner within the 10-year warranty period, giving them the remaining coverage, up to a maximum of 2 years, if the transfer is completed within 90 days of home possession.

Installation & Service Warranty

We stand behind every Gemstone Lights installation with a 5‑year warranty on workmanship, ensuring your system is installed perfectly. In addition, we offer a 1‑year labor warranty on service calls and any component repair or replacement, giving you complete confidence in your lighting investment.
